Kerry Fields is a Professor of Clinical Finance and Business Economics at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, where he teaches courses in the undergraduate and MBA programs. He is also a practicing attorney who has represented clients in real estate and construction-related disputes for many years. He has received a number of teaching awards and is a frequent media commentator on issues pertaining to business ethics. He is a co-author of two other Wolters Kluwer texts, Contemporary Employment Law, Third Edition, and Essentials of Real Estate. Professor Fields received his bachelorís degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law.

 

Kevin C. Fields

Fields is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Finance and Business Economics at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, where he teaches courses in the undergraduate and Master of Business for Veterans (MBV) programs in real estate and business law. He also has a legal practice that focuses on real estate and construction-related disputes. He has tried many real estate-related cases in state and federal courts and successfully resolves disputes through alternative dispute resolution. He is also a California licensed real estate broker. He has received several teaching awards at the University of Southern California. In addition to co-authoring the first edition of this text, he is a co-author of one other Wolters Kluwer text, Essentials of Real Estate. Professor Fields received his bachelorís degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law.
